When you take the exit off 64 there is Oceans East on the right side, across from a hardees, a couple miles before the bridge, dont know if they have sand fleas but they should have peelers

 

Ocean's East 2 telephone# 1-(757)464-6544. Give them a call. Pretty sure you'll have to catch your own sand fleas. By far the most convenient shop if you're heading to the CBBT.

Out of towners, these places all have the same area code, but are 10-30 minutes apart. A phone call never hurts.
