Yellow perch were biting on the upper choptank river on Jan. 13th. I used minnows on the bottom and caught about a dozen. Unfortunately only 2 were keeper sized. I'm passing the information along for those who want to venture out on decent weather days. Falling tide is best.

I havent fished there recently. Last time I passed by about a week ago the pier was empty.

Wayson corner Proble still too cold for them…. But Thursday we be getting upper 50s perhaps hitting 60. I’m still thinking late feb is the date on them yellows… Proble try in early March on a kayak there and check some the holes around wayson….
