Wroten Cut

Has anyone fished the cut behind Wroten Island from shore? Looking to target rockfish, red drum, speckled trout, flounder, etc. in a few weeks on the Eastern Shore. I've read a few things about it on Fish Talk, but haven't really seen it really mentioned elsewhere.
