With the storm damage and it being the cold season: what piers are operational form Georgetown to NC line? Any suggestions as to which would be a better choice for sheeps?

not a pier, but I would put my $ on Huntington Beach jetty/MI South jetty. I have seen guys do well on sheeps there, even when it's colder. I got one with speck fishing from a boat yesterday.

Don't think many sheeps are around the piers this time of year. Think they're mainly out at the nearshore reefs for the next few months. Jetties probably your next best bet.
