There is a big pier near my house...thing is I cant remember the name. It has an arcade outside (maybe someone will remember that and be able to drop the name).
The weather was really cold all weekend and we only caught one croaker and a crab on fishing pole, but its still GREAT fun.
I suggest fishing at the pier. There is a resteraunt, store, and everything you need with only a 5 dollar charge and no lisence required. Hopefully the weather will change and fish will bite tomorrow morning.
