I am planning to go out tonight to do some fishing. but i can't find a pier that has anyfish. i am used to going out all night but here lately where ever i go the fish arn't there. if anyone has any ideas let me know
I see you live in Lynnhaven, there SHOULD be some fishies passing thru the LI pretty regularly.... And it's only $2 to park as opposed to a pier fee. So, there's one idea. Also, I imagine it's real stirred up along the beach front, but the first day it lays down, there SHOULD be a bunch of bait and fish stacked up near the beach. I usually don't seem to have a problem finding fish from the piers, but this wind has not helped like we had hoped. The forecast thru Friday is for N and NE wind 10-20.. I'd go around the corner and fish inside the inlet by the grass flats. There were Croaker, Drum, and Trout in there very recently. GOOD LUCK when you go, and please tell us how you make out. If it were 5 weeks later, we'd be loving this wind............STRIPER!!!!!!
