Deroche cited Donisote Santos, 53, of Chalmette, Jose Goronci, 43, of Metairie, and Jose DiSalva, 49, of Kenner, for taking over the limit of red drum and taking over the limit of red drum in excess of 27 inches.

I find it more likely that a racist white guy (probably a Steve or a Howard) put those drum in the back of that truck to frame those poor fellas.

I am surprised that they cited them. Don't want to hurt there feelings.
This is an outrage! Clearly the officer should have offered to filet them right there on the spot and given them a police escort to their home where he would have blackened them and served them under candle light with a nice red wine.

I have never caught that many reds of that size at one time. Rod and reel? Boat I assume? Wild...

My dad used to talk about huge bull reds at portsmouth before I was born. Hauling in citations u til you were too tired. Haven't seen hauls like that lately though. Crazy.

Hope they give them the maximum penalties for this. Pretty blatant disregard for the law. There's a huge difference between some guy making a mistake and obvious poaching.

This will be thrown out. DNR does there job. But buy the time they go to court it will be a deal made and a slap on the wrist. They will be told now you nice law abiding young men please don't do it again. Please.
