I fished bloody point yesterday and mark many fish on my fish finder most rock fish were on top 30ft but I marked many fish on bottom some 90ft to 130ft deep. What fish is it? I'm sure temp down there got to be low 40's would rock goes that deep in spring some of them are feeding on bait fish my only guess is big catfish. Does anyone know what's down there?

Could it be trout? We use to catch trout in that area long ago.
