Wow sounds like a blast. We are considering coming down from Toronto Canada October 19th for a week. We just finished a 2 week holiday last week of August first week of September and we got into a few tarpon, beached only one estimated weight at 110 lbs also caught a couple of decent reds. The mullet were very heavy in the surf. We were hoping to come down just the boys (me and my 2 adult sons), no wives and kids this time and do nothing other than fish and eat. Good to know we may be eating fish all week and hoping there are still tarpon available to be caught. If not we will have many other species to target. Going to try out a technique (balloon) we learned from river fishing to get the baits (live mullet) swimming freely out a few hundred yards and see what blows through them. Hoping for some winds blowing offshore and 75 degree+ surf temperatures. Thank you very much for the reply it is greatly appreciated. Looking like we will be staying near the House Creek Inlet. It will be fun no matter what we are catching, here's to screaming drags. Peace
