After the nice fishing about 5 days ago, the wind has now been coming from the west. I thought it would clear up the water, but the water is very dirty. Just took a walk to the beach, no rod. There are still mullet and still fish chasing the mullet, but bait is out too far to cast net. Saw several tarpon going thru the schools of mullet as well as (probably) some jacks. A 4ft tarpon is a head-over-tail 360 and some larger tarpon were seen rolling. Hope I get a chance to try with some bait soon.

On Sunday, we finally had our boat ready for a test drive. Went out of Ft. Pierce Inlet. No bait seen at all. Tried trolling for a while with no luck.

Guess it might have been better on the beaches!:)
