Looking to take the 4hour drive to somewhere in the va beach area. Where would be my best bet to get some pillage? I generally always go to rudees rail.

would be driving down Sunday eve. fishing all night and leaving sometime Monday. Probably sleepless. Any pointers are appreciated.tyia

It's been a little slow around here recently. Lately I've caught a lot of small flounders on the other side of Rudee (Croatan Beach). I've looked across towards the rail and have seen the same thing going on. Haven't seen too many bottom fish caught other than that. The bit may have slowed, but it seemed that spanish and blues were biting pretty well on the VB Pier. Good luck!
