2) What does it cost to enter the tournament? I know I need $20 to join SCUSA, but is there an entry or per-cast fee?

I think there is a 20.00 event fee after you join SCUSA, that should cover both days.

20.00 to join SCUSA and 20.00 for the event are what the fees were last year. I don't think that has changed. You may also be able to cast as a day caster if you don't want to join, but the fee may then be 20.00 per day.
