Hello from Topsail Beach, North Carolina. We fished the Jolly Roger Pier here in Topsail Beach this morning. Nothing biting except a few puffer fish. Not a lot of folks out today, weather is cool and windy. Wind from the NE. Water temp is only 62*. Needs to warm up a bit more.
