Thinking about heading down this weekend with this weather I've got an itch to wet a line. Any reports or anyone with any luck?

Ai is Assateague State Park.

Might catch a skate or doggie from the beach.
Best bet in the OC area, this time of year would be an outgoing afternoon tide, the inlet, or bridge.
That water will be a few ticks warmer, draining from the shallow bay, and would have any resident fish a bit more active.

Take Route 611 south before you enter into Ocean City, Md. from Route 50.


When the cow leave the Bay they head up north along the Atlantic and you are able to catch a few from AI.

Because it feels like May, it has lots of people thinking they can fish like it's May. Bodies of water take months to warm up. While we're wearing shorts, the fish still have their parkas on. There ought to be stripers biting in the Chesapeake where the water is shallower and warms up quicker, though.
