Going to be coming down to OBX next week when the high tide occurs in middle of the day(low tide in morning and evening).

Question: Does the low light level in the morning (day break) and evening trump the tide.... or is it better to fish the last of the rise to high tide to beginning of the falling tide around middle of the day?

Target fish are puppies / blues.

Thanks for any input!

both are good times. If I only could fish one I'd probably do the evening. But the morning is just as good. If the water is on the cold side the middle of the day could be warmer. But Me I'd get there in plenty of time for the high tide and stay at least until dark.
