The video details exactly the method I use for cast nets.

I watched the video several times to make sure proper techniques were used.

Likely watch it a few more times just to make sure.

I've learned nothin from that video but I've watched it 5 times now. Maybe on the 6th or 7th time I'll pay attention to the cast net and what she's saying. Maybe.
