CONDITIONS:. The winds were from the Southwest around 15 mph., with sunny Carolina Blue skies. The Hatteras HI as reported from the Cape Hatteras School was a seasonal 61.



Today's Forecast ... Mostly sunny. Highs 58 to 63. Breezy. West winds 15 to 20 mph.



The water is rough and dirty from the winds the past several days. The Avon pier is closed

until next April, leaving the Rodanthe pier the only fishing pier open.



OREGON INLET OFFSHORE: Some scattered Tuna. The Striper fishing was slow both soundside and oceanside.

HATTERAS OFFSHORE: Scattered catches of Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Wahoo and King Mackerel.

HATTERAS INSHORE: No report.



RODANTHE, SALVO AREA: A Puppy Drum or two.

AVON AREA: Slow, no catches reported.

THE POINT & BUXTON: A couple Puppy Drum at the point, on the north side there was one Blackdrum and a few nice Sea Mullet.

SOUTH BEACH & FRISCO AREA: No report.

HATTERAS BEACHES: No report.



OCRACOKE: No report.
