i did a drag upgrade on one of my abus, and the washer i put under the main gear was a slight bit thinner than the one it was replacing. all is well, except when i put the antireverse bearing sleeve on the gear stud after rebuilding the drag stack, i noticed the sleeve wouldnt slide on all the way. it was facing the correct direction so i stupidly just decided it would slip down and we would be okie dokie. NOT. now i cant get the dang thing off the gear stud. any tips on how to pull it off? preferably without hurting anything? any help is v e r y much appreciated.

solved my own problem. in case anybody has the same problem in the future, i used a gear puller wih 4 or 5 layers of electrical tape on the fingers, and a little block of wood on top of the gear shaft, the electrical tape and wood to prevent marring. worked really well. quick and easy
