I have had good luck with the Stripers when the weather gets cold and cold water temps, just about anywere around here you can find structure such as a pier, jetty, bridge, rocks, and even in the surf, I know when Striper season is in they are at the base of the Bay bridge tunnel off Lookout rd. just about every evening , and don't forget to look up if you see gulls hittin the water throw a lure and look out, I have had a ton of luck with Rattle traps (red head, white body w/ black specks, and the all silver w/ blue or black back) but when they are in large numbers feeding you could probably throw just about anything and they will strike, Hope this helps, Im sure some of these guys can help you with a little more info,
