There was some talk a while about keeping Stripers above Richmond and it seems I was wrong in stating it was catch and release only. The Game Commissions regulation is a little confusing but, after talking to law enforcement at the Game Commission it seems there is a season above the 14th Street bridge.The season,size and bag limit is the same as the season set by VMRC for the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.
