Thanks for the clarification. That one has always confused me, but then I get confused rather easily. As you know I pound that area heavily in the spring but only kept fish below the bridge, just to make sure. Now I can take one from behind the paper plant without feeling like a poacher.

I hear a few Ring Perch are showing up already. Where's Temple?

Hey Nick,

The easiest place is the south end of the 14th st. bridge. The city has a parking lot next to the canal. You can walk down to the river and fish either above or below the bridge. The hot spot is above the bridge at the base of the rapids. The Rock will start showing up in April and the run will peak in May with some fish being caught on into June. Good luck
