Today being the 16th of May, is it the official start of the spring striper season for the areas of Lynnhaven, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Newport News, Hampton, etc.... And if so, does it end on June 15?

Seems it's open season at Sandbridge thru December 31. Is this correct also?

True for the bay, not sure about sandbridge. check the vmrc website.
