Went out with some friends yesterday for some Chesapeake Bay Rockfish. Left out of Sololmons at 5:15am and found pods of menhaden with huge schools of Rockfish attacking them. Average size was about 21" with a few in the 25" range. We used soft bodied lures with jig heads and I used a 7" popper. Instant hits on every cast. Followed the pods for a while and caught a quick limit and then called it a day
