Arrived at Seagull around 8:00pm and the place was packed. Only one or two empty spots on the pier. One dumba$$ and his buddies had about 15 - 20 poles. The fish were not biting much, but the skates were going nuts. I saw on guy pull up 10 in a 30 minute time span. Everyone on the pier were catching them. All you heard the entire 4 hours I was there was the telltale splash of a skate doing a gainer off the pier. Then the sharks came in. About 7 were caught before I left including one I somehow hooked under its fin. Caught a croaker and that was it. Since no fish were biting my brother and I kept busy pulling skated up for people.

I was on the right side of the pier. The sharks were being caught mainly on the left side. The biggest one was maybe three feet at the most.

I fished Seagull on Sat. untill about midnight when I got fed up with the skates. The only sharks I saw were little dogfish. Good luck fishing.
