This is second hand as I came home yesterday. My Dad is still there till saturday standing the watch. Menu in the surf now is undersize pups (watched him lose one in the suds monday night that was 20"+ though)....mini black drum....spot....roundhead....LOTS of small weakfish (nice to see) and LOADS of hungry black flies.

I believe it about the flies. I'm just south in carova and the flies turned on something fierce yesterday afternoon and haven't let up since.

West wind = flies....yes at BBNWR i wont go near the place on a westerly but in 20 years i cant remember dealing with the biblical plague type swarms of black flies on the SB beaches.....talking 2900 block not the LIP beach
