I was out on Saturday, on outgoing tide, next to the Pier, using crocadile lures and pulled in 11 Rocks but none were keepers. The biggest one was 22 inches. Better luck after the holidays

drcobia,

Merry Christmas and welcome to the board !

Thanks for the report, some more details with your post are appreciated, like your location (Market, S-turns, Pier, or Refuge), tackle/techniques (artificials or bait), and any other commentary on conditions (water clarity, birds workin', etc).

Given Sandman's recent report, I'm guessin' you were there Saturday morning at the pier slinging metal on the morning outgoing tide for them schoolies

NS4D and I hit schoolies last night (12/22) on the incoming tide jigging Storm plastics ... birds working some off end of pier neither fish nor birds workin' hard or aggressively ~ slow bite.

Go fish and better catchin'
