I fished Sandbridge from 11:00 to 3:30 today with no luck. I was on the north side of whats left of the pier. The wind was light out of the southeast and the water was clear. At about 1:30 a guy started fishing on the south side of the pier and pulled in about 6 stripers. The biggest looked to be 22-24". He said he was catching them there this mourning also. He was using a Hobkins. Another young man in a wetsuit hopped in the water beside the first guy and caught 2 also. He was using a storm (pearl).

Fished this evening shift.

Had 2 poles bottom fishin.2 fat backs on size 8 gami's,Fish finder rigs.5 oz holdin bottom,but I threw 6.......

Had a nice run on the 11'6 Tica.Fat back stolen-rebaited.

Had the 7'6 spinning Quantum,tossing metal,hard plastics and storms.

Hooked up to 4 dinks off the CB lure's imitation Storms.
Those dinks love the dark blue color.Tried the pumpkin color-Nada
Birds started to work in close,75 yards around 630 pm,NADA.

Largest dink was 24.Are these fish on some weird Atkin's diet?

May try again in the AM

Had the best success while tossing lures under the Pier.

OLd Frank and Fran's......left overs.

Just brined them and froze them in sea water

Fatback:Large menhaden,predominent striper candy,fished on fish finder rigs with a nice 8/0Gammi circle hook.The fresher the better.If you are with bucket,he instills that you change yer baits every 15 min,so we get them by the pound load.
