you may be able to catch them there. Over by the parking lot for cheatham lake you may be able to go over the bank into the creek and catch your own. Heard there were some undersized flounder being caught on the pier

How do you catch them? I have a minnow trap, but im not sure what to put in it, and I have a net that they would fit into?

best bait i've found is a small crab smashed up, have also used bread, bologna just about anything, squid will work also. One of the side benefits is you can catch grass shrimp , though not much bites on them down here, further up the bay it is a preferred bait for white perch

Believe it or not, onions will catch all the gudgeons you want. I know, you don't believe me. Try it!!!
Do you cut it in to small pieces? Maybe like dice it?
