Just rode by the pier and saw at least 30 cars lined up on the road. Probably catching lots of croakers in the rain.

When I arrived at the 450 Bridge it was a least 25 - 30 cars out there. The pier was packed. I mean really packed. The guys said the only people really catching anything were the guys in the corner (end) of the bridge. They were catching nice size croakers. I went down to the beach area and fished. There were folks there too. I got lots of bits but no fish. I was using bloodworms. I left around 10:30pm and the bridge was still packed. I will try again.

Two bridges go over the Severn River - One is Route 50 - the other is Route 450. This fishing spot is located under the one that goes over Route 450. The bridge is also know as the "Academy Bridge" for the nearby US Naval Academy. ;)
