CONDITIONS:. The winds were from the Northeast around 10 mph., with misty, cloudy skies and occasional light showers. The Hatteras HI as reported from the Cape Hatteras School was a seasonal 64.



Today's Forecast ... Mostly cloudy. Showers and isolated thunderstorms likely. Highs 68 to 73. Becoming windy. South winds 10 to 15 mph increasing to 20 to 30 mph late. Chance of rain 70 percent.



OREGON INLET OFFSHORE: Some scattered Tuna and Wahoo in the blue water. The good Striper bite in the sound and inlet continues.

HATTERAS OFFSHORE: No report.

HATTERAS INSHORE: No report.



RODANTHE, SALVO AREA: No report.

AVON AREA: A few Stripers from the beach.

THE POINT & BUXTON: A few Stripers and Puppy Drum.

SOUTH BEACH & FRISCO AREA: No report.

HATTERAS BEACHES: No report.



OCRACOKE: There were Puppy Drum & Black Drum caught as well as Bluefish, Flounder, Blowtoads, Sharks and Skates.
