CONDITIONS:. We had gray skies with, mist, haze and about 1/2 in. of rain. The winds were SW around 15 mph. The "Hatteras HI" as reported from Billy Mitchel airstrip was a humid and unseasonal 66.

The wind, rain and Santa preperations pretty much shut down the fishing today.
