When do redfish enter the bay. How previlent are they. Good spots to find them. How to catch them

They are in the Bay now, if you go far enough South.
Mid summerish for the Maryland Portion is a good average time.

The bull reds migrate up the coast into the eastern shore areas right now- big schools have been sighted at Cape Henry across to Fisherman's Island and off the beach at Virginia Beach...Cobia are mixed in migrating into the bay as well...it is hard to beat a fish finder rig with a big chunk of mullet or menhaden on a 8/0 circle hook or trolling big drone spoons for them...fishing a hundred yards or so off the beach around Fisherman's Island in 8-12 feet of water would be where I would be soaking bait
