Quick question. I'm looking down the beach and notice a half moon area where it's distinctly more shallow then the surrounding surf. Should I concentrate on fishing along the edges of the drop off? I don't notice any suck outs or anything like that it's just a distinctly shallower area in the shape of a half moon.

Is it low tide? Meaning that area is going to fill with water during high tide.........I'd say yes.

Anything different is a good place to fish.
