Took my friend Bob fishing this morning. He likes to catch bass, and he caught three or four bass. I caught two bass. We released all but one that swallowed the lure and would have died. Bob caught all his fish on a 1/8th orange/white Jerry's shad dart about six feet under a bobber. I caught all my fish on a 1/16th jig head with a orange/chartruse tube bait six feet under a bobber. Very good weather day to fish.

Another banner day! Also looks like a local pond.

It is a lake. Too big to be a pond. A lot of ponds, large and small on the Eastern Shore and Delaware. Not many people fish this time of year. Going to fish the river this morning for yellow perch. I know the pickerel are ready to be caught. I don't fish for them but I have been landing a few, but most break my light line. Great weather Jerry. You going in boat today?

No, I am still trying to get over a cold or sinus infection so I have been laying low. I would like to get out tomorrow but I will wait to see how I feel in the morning.
