anyone have any information on pompano being caught at sandbridge? read the first report in the pilot on thursday and wondered if anyone had any more info. would sure beat fighting the turons on the outter banks.

If your want to target Pompano you might want to make the trip (wish I could).
Haven't heard much around here, other than the occational palm size. At least you're 2 hours closer than me ;)

I was in the Outer Banks (Buxton) last week, and there were a ton of little ones in the backwash line. I got them in my castnet every throw and than we put them in a bucket for about 3-seconds until my 3-year old could catch them and "release NEMO" back to the sea.

I didn't see any caught, but I've never seen those little ones in the surf like I did.

THROW MORE / SOME / ANY / MAYBE A FEW BACK
