Finished my first attempts at some plugs yesterday. Just need to hunt down some screw eyes (been a pain in the butt locally) and some split rings. I've got all the other supplies to finish them. I'm hoping I might be able to find some time either this weekend or next week. I'll post some pictures of the finished products.

Going from left to right...

1. 4 1/4" popper
2. 3" (and change) 'spook'
3. 2 1/4" popper
4. 1" popper

I'll be messing around with internal weighting and whatnot once I have a better idea of how much the screw eyes and split rings will add to the weight.

It's called UPS Mail Innovations. My brother has some experience with them. Apparently, they just drop the package off at a close by USPS facility. It can take weeks in bad scenarios. They ship it wherever is the cheapest for them.
