Not really sure about PLO since it just reopened but I think you can expect to catch blues, sea trout and maybe some spot still and of course striper. I am heading there tomorrow to throw a few. Choptank was pretty slow the last time I was there.
Like reddog said the tank is off and on lately. Plo was great before the storm. I think I would take my chances there first before the tank. The tank needs a few more weeks for the water to cool down then the fishing should be good there.
