I am planning to visit OC on 4/17-18.
I am using wheelchair need to find place to fishing.
It must be pier so wheelchair can access.
What do I expect to catch this time of season and what bait do I need?

try the bulk head between 2nd and 4th street. Its not a pier but has good tog fishing at times and it has plenty of room for manuevering. there is also a pier on the ocean side never fished it though. I hope this helps.

you could try the oceanic pier on pacific ave in south ocean city it should be open by then

It's not Pacific Ave , it's Philadelphia Ave , next to the Coast Guard station .
