Pier with consistent fishing and crabbing in April 2017

Hello,

I'm looking to come to the Georgia or South Carolina Coast in 4/3/17 - 4/9/17.

Can anyone recommend a pier with consistent fishing and crabbing around this time?

By consistent fishing and crabbing I'm just looking for a consistent bite (even if it's just spot, croaker, etc), and consistent catching of crabs.

crabs- you want to be in the marsh

We lost several piers to the hurricane. Garden City is usually decent due to it proximity to MI. Apache is indeed the longest. I do not know much about Cherry Grove other than that it was more expensive than the others at one point.
