i have a picture i wanna put on here and i need an image editor to scale it down. any suggestions?

yes and ive tried that but i couldnt get it to work. sand flea said there should be some program on windows already installed.

Almost all image software has the ability to "resize" the image...

If ya want a quick fix, e-mail it to me with the size you want, I'll re-size and send it back to ya

perhaps flea was referring to

windows paint.

windows paint only does ".bmps" which are very large in file size..if it is a .bmp you need to convert it to a .jpg which will compress it and make it smaller in file size....from there you can resize it and post it up.

Actually, windows paint also works in jpg and gif, just go to "save as" and "save as type", then scroll to jpg
