Caught these in shallow water off a pier this morning. I caught 16 before the tide stopped running. When tide stopped, the fish stopped, and I stopped. Sat in the shade with a cool breeze coming off the water and had a few beers. Next time I'm bringing my radio.

Andy which part of the tide works best for you or do you fish both sides of high tide or is it just as long that the water is moving??

I do good as long as the tide is moving. I never fish long enough to fish both tides. I haven't caught a keeper rock in a log time. I catch a load of small 6-8" rock, but the water might be too warm for the keeper rock where I fish. Some nice grass in the shallow water. If the grass stays in this area, might be some good rock fishing in the fall.
