Selling a parts only Penn Fierce 4000. The reel has line lay issues and bunches it all at the top. I tried to shim it with no success. It's a good parts reel though. The spools alone are selling for $20 on eBay. I'm asking $25 but will accept reasonable offers. We are moving so trying to thin some of my extra gear. Local pickup only in Hampton Roads. Will not ship.
