Are the blue cats in the pax river (specifically upper Pax) as numerous or catchable as the ones in the Potomac? Will they bite regularly this time of the year?

There are in the pax river. I have caught them as far as the central avenue bridge . I don,t go up much further then that. If you do go up that way be careful a lot of big rocks and other things in the water.
