Its been a while since I have posted anything, but I am still around and doing well! Hit the surf last night in Pawleys Island. The ocean was rough, but still fishable with a 6 oz weight. I was using small pieces of cut mullet and managed to catch a 16 inch puppy red drum. About a half hour later, the rod took a massive hit. I was able to land the fish and it was a 45 inch bull red drum ~ What a fish.
