Is there any good shark fishing on the beach? What can be expected to be caught there in The first part of October?

When I asked what can be expected to be caught there in Oct. I ment any fish I could catch from the beach or jetties not just shark.

Yes, plenty of shark fishing but that's like going to a fancy joint and only eating a the burger.

There's tons of different fish options. Should be tons of mangrove snapper and redfish around the rocks at the jetty.

What can be caught in the park on the pier by the boat ramp ?

Redfish, assorted trash fish and in the winter, if you go out to the point, plenty of flounder.

I have caught specks from the boat ramp pier after dark using live shrimp on a float. Good place to catch shrmp and other live bait with a cast net , too.
