I have to work on the date that we originally agreed on, so we will have to pick a new date.

I can go any weekend this summer beginning in may except for May 31st/June 1st and June 14th and 15th.

I let get a list of dates that will work for the most people and then I will book a boat for us. The Grizzly is booked for most weekends already so we may have to choose another boat. There are plenty of good boats out there though. If you guys want to hold off until later in the fall, we could always do a trip then too. It is really just a matter of finding a date that works for the most people.

I apologize for not getting my act together more quickly, but I was too busy organizing a couple of other charters and attending to some other business.

I'm going to pass this time around. Getting ready to lay out big $'s for a boat this weekend plus marina fees. In addition to these costs I figure I'll be spending around $125.00 a week for gas and bait so you know where my money is going this summer. I've already paid for 2 spots on the Morningstar for the June 6th trip so that will just about do it for me.

Jake...I was hopeing to get a few of you guys to "ho" for me. She'll be wet slipped all season just north of the Bay Bridge on the western shore so I don't have to worry about doing the trailer thing or fighting the bridge traffic, more time for fishing. I'd love to put together a group of 3 or 4 of us where we can fish on a regular basis. I think she sleeps 4. Going to meet with the broker tomorrow afternoon. I'm starting to get excited. :D :D

Greetings Jamey!

Ed and I take a long Columbus Day weekend (one of the benefits of being a Fed), fishing out of Cape May two or three days in a row. But we could probably commit to 10/04 (first Saturday in October.) Most probably depends on the type of fishing available then. It could be too early for big tog, but it might be prime time for doormat fluke out on the Old Grounds (extended season this year!)Keep me posted...

Heard fishing on the flats has been bad... too much water being released from Conowingo.

Greetings catman!

I think I'm falling in love! Ed and I can't get enough of fishing the Chesapeake, and I'm always trying to integrate NJ methods into MD fishing to see if I can come up with something those bay fish haven't seen. Your location is perfect -- just over two hours from here in Philly. Does this mean you'll be abandoning the 'tank?
