Yes. Theres a ton. I caught just over 5 pounds this morning

Seeing them in the creeks on the Peninsula as well. Don't eat them all. Great live bait under a popping cork or regular float.

Plenty big to eat. Most are probably about 20 to a pound. If the trout were decent size id use some for bait but im trying to freeze as many as i can before they are gone. Supposedly they havent seen like this for 50 years.

What creeks are seeing this action? I've seen them before but they always make salad shrimp look huge

Last two years I heard of them coming thru that big.

I've seen them in the creeks on the Gloucester side of the Mobjack. Mostly medium sized. I also saw a report of nice ones all the way up in the Great Wicomico. The past couple years, I have seen large ones in stripers bellies that I caught at the M&M tunnel. I always knew there were some good sized ones in Lynnhaven each fall, not an over abundance, but this year it seems there are more around just about everywhere.
