The Captain of the SS II told us on our way in that he'd make one more trip for SeaBass next Sat leaving around 6am.

Before you smile too big... it'll be $90.

If you go, good luck! I got duty. :(

Bucket-
Well, the guys/gals on the other two boats went out in full force with their own poles/rigs... a ton of "local anglers" on there... and they, for the most part, got skunked. Pulling in sharks n 1 Tautog isn't my idea of fishing, especially with 86 people that left on those two boats. They took all the squid from the SS II and a majority of the crab, so I'm sure they exhausted a lot of attempts at seabass as well as everything else.

Yep, WE missed the window. *sigh*

Actually the count was 1 tog (5lbs), 1 flounder, and 2 spiney dogfish. The tog won $200.00 in the pool. These were the guys and gals from the TidalFish forum from both the Chesapeake and Virginia boards and we had a ball. First time I've driven 553 miles (round trip from Baltimore) and spent over $300.00 to see one tog caught. Guess I'll wait for the seabass and tog around the beginning of May in Ocean City, Md.
