Thanks to all for your mails and well wishes.

News from the Doctor - I'm on the mend, slowly but getting there.

The infection is undercontrol and reducing, I currently have 20% of my hearing back. The biggest plus is that my balance is getting back to normal, this should improve when the infection clears.

I'm looking at a minimum of 8 weeks before I'm back to normality (hearing & balance - no funny jokes please) the ear drum hopefully will repair itself in time, if not, it's surgery.

So thanks again for your support.

Glad to hear that your on the mend. I might need your help to get that powertex bass from Peter. He has raised the bar considerably for me. Next time I'm out, I'll drink a pint just for u.
