Went his afternoon and caught some big cob mullet in the inlet at the North End of Carolina Beach then moved over to the ocean side on the shoals where they meet the ocean.
Caught one Slot at about 19 inches and allot of Blues. The ocean was rough and stained...Looked drummy.

Watched a good fishing show right beside me with A few small drum caught, allot of blues, one about 8 to 9 pounds....and some small flounder for those who braved the south blow and rain. I left at dark as I didnt take any rain gear and I have to work in the morning...
I think the fish that are in the waterway and the river are starting to get moving along with the mullet and head out the inlet...Its a transition time.....The surf should only get better.
